Hamari culture me hair oiling almost ritual hai. Kuch log ke liye genuinely beneficial hota hai, lekin “jo oil nahi lagata, uske baal kabhi healthy nahi ho sakte” bilkul rule nahi.
Oil scalp aur hair shaft ko temporarily softness aur shine de sakta hai, friction kam karta hai, scalp massage se blood flow improve ho sakta hai. Lekin excessive tel + dust + sweat ka mix kabhi-kabhi dandruff ya follicle clogging ko worsen bhi kar sakta hai, specially agar frequently aur thoroughly wash na karo.
Oiling ka best use: thoda sa oil, mostly lengths par focus, scalp pe light massage, 30–60 minutes pre-wash treatment. Overnight heavy oiling, phir mild shampoo se half-adda oil hi nikalna – isse scalp perpetually greasy rah sakta hai.
Hair fall jo hormones, genetics, illness, deficiencies, ya harsh treatments se aa raha ho, wo sirf oil se solve nahi hota. Log unrealistic expectations rakhte hain – “ye special growth oil sab kuch reverse kar dega.”
Agar tumhe lagta hai light oiling se hair manageable aur soft feel karte hain – great, continue intelligently. Agar scalp acne, heavy dandruff, ya itch hai, to oiling pattern rethink karna aur dermatologist se consult karna smart step hai.
