Gut–Brain Connection: Mood, Stress Aur Digestion Ka Real Link

“Pet kharab ho to mood kharab” ye line sirf mazaak nahi, science backed observation hai. Gut aur brain ke beech ek powerful 2-way connection hai, jise gut–brain axis bolte hain.

Stress se pehle reaction aksar digestion me dikhta hai – kuch logon ko acidity, kuch ko loose motions, kuch ko constipation. Fight-or-flight mode me body digestion ko temporarily second priority pe daal deti hai, jisse gut motility aur secretions change ho jaate hain.

Dusri side se, gut microbiome (jo trillions bacteria rehte hain) ka balance bhi mood pe effect daal sakta hai. Research suggest karti hai ki certain patterns of gut bacteria stress response, anxiety, even low mood ke saath linked ho sakte hain. Isliye fibre-rich, varied diet, fermented foods (agar suit karein) ko importance diya jata hai.

Sleep disruption, junk-heavy diet, chronic worry – teeno milke gut aur brain dono ko irritate karte hain. Kabhi-kabhi IBS jaisi conditions me stress management techniques (breathing, counselling, CBT, etc.) symptoms reduce karne me major role play karte hain.

Ye matlab nahi ki har digestive issue “sirf stress” hai, ya har mood issue “sirf gut” se. But dono ko completely separate boxes me rakhna bhi galti hai. Lifestyle improvements often dono taraf double benefit dete hain.
