Hospitals me germs ka concentration naturally zyada hota hai, kyunki sab bimar log yahin hote hain. Isliye infection control staff ke saath-saath patients aur relatives ka behaviour bhi matter karta hai.
Simple steps:
- Room me enter/exit pe hand sanitiser use karo.
- Patient ke bed, dressing, IV lines unnecessarily touch mat karo.
- Visitors ka number limited rakho; bachchon ya unnecessary relatives ki crowding avoid karo.
- Food from outside clean way me lao; bed area ko crumbs aur spills se bachao.
Doctors/ nurses agar procedures se pehle gloves aur hand hygiene follow kar rahe hain, to unhe interrupt mat karo; agar kabhi doubt ho to politely puch sakte ho, “Aap please haath sanitize karenge?”
Hospital gowns, linens, dustbins, sharps disposal ka system hota hai—staff instructions follow karo; apni marzi se used needles, cotton, etc. ko move mat karo.
Mask policies especially respiratory illnesses wale wards me important hote hain. “Bas ek minute” bol ke rules todna baaki sab ke liye risk create karta hai.
