Big city life glam dikhai deta hai, but constant noise, traffic, deadlines, social comparison, and less personal space body ko chronic stress mode me daal dete hain.
Chronic low-grade stress se BP slowly upar creep kar sakta hai, especially agar saath me junk food, low movement, late nights, smoking ya alcohol add ho. Headaches, neck/shoulder tightness, acid reflux, poor sleep – sab ek hi pattern ke different faces ho sakte hain.
Screen overload + late-night scrolling brain ko “always on” state me rakhta hai. Sleep quality kharab ho to next day irritability, sugar cravings, focus problems automatically bante hain. Log usko “bus nature hi aisa hai” bol ke ignore kar dete hain.
Micro-breaks ka concept yahan helpful hai. Pure life shift possible na ho, but:
- 5–10 minute daily walk without phone.
- Short breathing practice ya stretching.
- Dinner ke baad thoda light stroll.
- Week me ek–do tech-lite evening.
In sab se nervous system ko thoda reset milta hai.
Agar stress symptoms – like panic attacks, frequent palpitations, insomnia, overwhelming sadness – daily functioning affect kar rahe ho, therapist/doctor se baat karna weakness nahi, preventive care hai.
