Social Media Health Myths: Viral Reels Aur “Miracle Cure” Claims Ko Judge Kaise Karein

Health tips ke reels/shorts entertaining hote hain, but har catchy reel truth nahi hoti. Kuch red flags identify kar lete ho to kaafi myths se bach sakte ho.

Beware of:

  • “Doctors don’t want you to know this…” type lines.
  • Single food/drink ko sab bimariyon ka cure bana dena.
  • Zero side effects, 100% natural, instant result claims.
  • Before–after photos jo clearly over-edited lag rahe ho.

Check source – kya wo qualified doctor/ nutritionist hai? Kya unka explanation logic ke saath aata hai, ya sirf dramatic hook? Kya wo clearly bol rahe hain ki “ye general info hai, apne doctor se consult zaroor karein”?

Good creators usually nuance add karte hain—“some people”, “in many cases”, “not for everyone”, “if you have X condition, avoid this”. Scammers mostly absolute language use karte hain.

Comments section me bhi kabhi-kabhi real doctors logon ko correct karte dikhte hain; unki baat bhi consider karo.

Ek simple habit: koi bhi strong claim dekho, usko immediately implement mat karo. Pehle thoda research, trusted sources, aur preferably apne doctor se short discussion.
