Complete ban lagana realistic nahi, lekin rules simple ho sakte hain:
- Sweets zyada tar meals ke saath, not all-day snacking.
- Plain water between meals.
- Raat ko brushing mandatory, parents supervision ke saath.
- Very young kids ko sugary bottle leke sone ki habit avoid karo.
Respectfully sweets ko demonize bhi mat karo. Balance best hai—occasional treat, clear routine, aur dental check-up regularly. Jo pattern bachpan me set hota hai, wahi adult teeth habits ka base ban jata hai.
