Dehydration Signs Adults Often Ignore in Daily Life

Din bhar busy routine me log paani bas tab peete hain jab heavy pyaas lage. Mild dehydration symptoms ko stress ya thakan samajh ke ignore kar dete hain.

Common subtle signs: dry mouth, sticky feeling, headache, lightheadedness on standing, dark yellow urine with strong smell, constipation, fatigue, irritability. Kabhi-kabhi concentration weak lagti hai, mood off feel hota hai.

Coffee, tea, sugary colas ko log “liquid” count kar lete hain, lekin caffeine/ sugar sometimes dehydration ko worsen bhi kar sakte hain, especially jab plain water intake low ho. Alcohol to obvious culprit hai.

Ek simple check – din me 4–6 baar relatively light-colour urine aa raha hai ya nahi. Extreme clear bhi hamesha ideal nahi, but constantly deep yellow usually signal hai ki fluids kam hain (assuming kidneys normal hain).

Har kisi ko 4 litre pani zaroori nahi, lekin apne climate, activity, aur health ke hisaab se pattern samajh sakte ho. Office desk pe bottle rakho, phone me reminders set karo, meals ke around ek–ek glass add karo.

Agar vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, ya fever ke saath ho, dehydration faster ho sakti hai. Waha ORS ya medical advice zaruri ho sakta hai.
